TY (Batch of 2021) Marksheet Collection

Schedule for distribution of Marksheets and Passing Certificates for the Third Year Students of the Academic Year 2020-2021

TY Students of the academic year 2020-2021 (graduating Batch of 2021) are required to collect the:  

  1. Consolidated Marksheets 
  2. Passing Certificates
  3. Sixth Semester Marksheet 
  4. Previous semester mark sheets if not collected earlier
  5. Additional Examinations Marksheets (if any) 

strictly according to the schedule given below to maintain the physical distancing in accordance with the Covid-19 protocols as prescribed by the Government and the Municipal Corporation:

Students who cannot come to the college to collect the hard copy of the 6th Semester mark sheet, Consolidated mark sheet and Passing certificates can either

  • request their batchmates to collect the same by sending a letter of authority clearly mentioning their UID number and Name and also mentioning the UID number and Name of the batchmate who would be collecting the mark sheets on their behalf. A hard copy of the Letter of Authority will be required. Soft copies will not be accepted. 
  • collect the same from the college office personally post Tuesday 6th July 2021 during office hours except on Saturdays/ Sundays/ Bank Holidays.  


No request for a scanned copy of the mark sheet will be entertained.

Entry to the college will be allowed only to students wearing masks properly. 

Students not adhering to Covid-19 protocols will be asked to leave the campus without their mark sheets.  

A convocation/degree certificate will be provided by the University of Mumbai a few months later. The student will be notified about the same when the college receives them.
