  • As a Member of Group Deliberations by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi at the NASC Complex, PUSA, New Delhi on the occasion of Mahila Kisan Diwas on the topic of Issues, Constraints and Strategies for Farm Women in Animal Husbanry, Dairy, Fisheries and other off-farm activities on14th-15th October, 2018.

  • As  a Plenary  Speaker on `India’s  Competitiveness in Cotton  Production Under WTO Regime‟, at Institute of Infrastructure Technology Research and   Management (IITRAM), Gujarat on December 28, 2018.

  • As  a guest  speaker on  `Indian Agriculture  and Farmers’ Issues’  for the Students of University  of California, Berkeley, USA on  August 10th   2018  at St.  Xavier’s College, Mumbai.

  • As a Guest Speaker on „Distress of Farmers: Case Study of Vidarbha’ at Ram Narain RuiaCollege, Matunga, Mumbai on February 16, 2018.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Worked with MAVIM (Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal), Maharashtra State and Amazon as a business facilitator to promote the business of low income group women in slums of Dharavi and Kurla. 

  • Facilitator in signing  MOU between St. Xavier’s  College Mumbai and Chief Minister Office,  Maharashtra State to undertake joint activities  to run Urban-Rural Development Projects with students-faculty participation on July 26th  2018.

  • As  a member  of the team  of Commission for  Agriculture Costs and  Prices (CACP), Maharashtra  State Recommendations on Accurate  Data Collection for the benefits of farmers have been promulgated by the Government of Maharashtra by issuing GR on July, 2018.
