The Department of Mass Communication and Journalism is honoured to share the legacy of the Khalid and Zeyna Foundation Scholarship. Established by Mr. Khalid Abdul Hamid Ansari, a veteran journalist and prolific writer, this scholarship acts as a bridge to the future for our promising students.

Purpose
With a strong belief that financial constraints should never stand in the way of a brilliant career in one’s professional journey, this scholarship provides essential support to deserving students in the Media and Communication program, allowing them to focus on their educational pursuits and subsequently helping them secure the professional opportunities that will define their career.

Selection Process
Each year, a cohort of financially deserving students is identified through a rigorous interview process, followed by the submission of essential proof. The individuals need to demonstrate both academic potential and a deep passion for the craft of journalism and communication.
